One of our key strategic intentions is to innovate and continuously improve teaching and learning and to ensure that our services are adaptable to the shifting needs of communities we serve. We strive to:
- Increase our capacity in research and development
- Actively support and promote innovations in teaching and learning
- Increase the diversity of of our staff and learning environments
- Share skills across the regions and make it easier for staff to move between services and swap positions
- Facilitate more experimentation and piloting improvements in service
