We Need Your Help Una Williams Kindergarten is having a Giveaway Day for its community on Saturday 5 December, 9am – 1pm. This is part of Whanau Manaaki’s outreach to families. We have in the past had generous kindergartens, friends and community who donate good condition clothing, toys, books, shoes, furniture, kitchenware, bedroom linen, electrical appliances, jewellery and so on. We ask neighboring kindergartens if you have any give away stuff to contribute or know of people who can donate. Please contact Melnissa when to drop off stuff. If you have families who may be interested in attending Giveaway Day please give them a copy of the flyer which you can download here. 
Carterton Kindergarten Visit Pūkaha The team at Carterton Kindergarten would like to thank Ka Pai Carterton for supporting their recent excursion to Pūkaha, Mount Bruce enhancing their localised curriculum. Tamariki had the opportunity to make links to Te Ao Māori in particular links to atua Tāne mahuta, Ranginui and Papatūānuku in a place-based educational setting while seeing the multitude of creatures Pūkaha has to offer.
